Nov 27, 2023 | Living Younger by Changing Aging, Mind and Brain, Podcast, Podcast Episode, Wellness

THIS EPISODE OF GROWING OLDER LIVING YOUNGER focuses on understanding how our unique internal circadian rhythms, derived from interaction of genotype with environment, define our chronotype, which can help us optimize the times at which we should sleep, eat, exercise, interact with others and much more.

Today’s Featured Expert is Dr. Michael Breus, Clinical Psychologist, diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is the author of two other books, focusing on sleep, The Sleep Doctors Four Week Program to Better Sleep and Better Health, and The Sleep Doctor’s Diet Plan.
