Nov 27, 2023 | Living Younger by Changing Aging, Mind and Brain, Podcast, Podcast Episode, Wellness

THIS EPISODE OF GROWING OLDER LIVING YOUNGER focuses on understanding how our unique internal circadian rhythms, derived from interaction of genotype with environment, define our chronotype, which can help us optimize the times at which we should sleep, eat, exercise, interact with others and much more.

Today’s Featured Expert is Dr. Michael Breus, Clinical Psychologist, diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Breus is the author of The Power of When, a biohacking guidebook showing that, based on your genetic, biological chronotype, there is an optimal time to do everything from eating to exercising, to even asking for a raise. He is the author of two other books, focusing on sleep, The Sleep Doctors Four Week Program to Better Sleep and Better Health, and The Sleep Doctor’s Diet Plan.
