My guest is Bonnie Giller, author of Enjoying Food Peace: Recipes and Intuitive Eating Wisdom to Nourish Your Body and Mind.
Bonnie has her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition, she is a Registered and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Through her signature Intuitive Eating Program, called WholeBody Trust: Intuitive Eating for a Peaceful Life, Bonnie works with adults, guiding them in changing their relationship with food and their body. The result is that they make peace with food, enjoy guilt-free eating, and live a healthy life they love.
