Self-Care is Your Super Power with Kathleen Woodington 

Depression steals lives, and it stole my life. I was totally disempowered by ill-health. Yoga cracked me open, meditation helped me fall apart and the blocks I had constructed to feel safe, crumbled away. Over time the foundational self-care practices I created freed me to be at the highest vibrational frequency and show up as my best self – Kathleen Woodington. 

Each of us has our own daily struggle.  Some of us are battling anxiety, some depression. Some are grieving loss. Some simply feel overwhelmed by the quantity or magnitude of our daily tasks. Others have information overload. In the moments when everything seems too much, it is important to take time care for oneself. 

Empowerment Coach and Wellness Pro, Kathleen Woodington, has created the Ultimate Resilience Formula. She shows high achieving women entrepreneurs who struggle with fatigue, burn out and depression, how to feel hope, experience more energy and step into their power.

As one whose mind is always going at hyper speed as I try to “wash twenty windows in a ten window day “ I am constantly striving to be present in the moment. And to ‘be it..’

To help me focus, Kathleen led me through a breathing exercise and introduced me to the Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping.  

We compared the morning practices we use to set ourselves up for the day. She uses yoga, meditation and other calming yet energizing practices. My routine is an early morning power walk, affirmations and stretching, coffee, and then go-go-go! Energized but not calm.
